Abstract:
PURPOSE:To raise the flexural rigidity of webs in the circumferential direction of a rotor, uniformly divide the torque of a water wheel shaft to an upper and a lower disc and transmit the torque to a rim, by laying the webs like a vortex. CONSTITUTION:The lower disc 2 and the upper disc are mounted on the water wheel shaft 1. The webs 5 and a cylindrical boss 4 are provided between both the discs so that the webs extend vortically from the boss 4. The webs 5 are welded on the discs. Key arms 6 are provided on the outer ends of the webs. The rim is located outside the key arms.
