Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the production of an excess stress at a rotor rim by forming a dovetail for the pole of the rim slightly larger than the pole at the position for mounting a coil support and providing a gap between both. CONSTITUTION:A dovetail 9A for the pole of a rotor rim is formed slightly larger than the pole 4 at the position for mounting a coil support 6, and a gap (g) is formed between both. Accordingly, the rim 10 does not support the centrifugal force P at the position. An auxiliary dovetail 9B is provided between the dovetails 9A for the pole. On the other hand, a dovetail 9A for the pole is merely formed on the rim 10 at the position for not mounting the coil support, and an auxiliary devetail is not provided. In this manner, it can prevent the production of an excess stress of the rim due to the mounting of the auxiliary dovetail.
