Abstract:
To provide a rotor capable of avoiding cost increase of a rotor due to use of a high-performance winding machine, and cost increase by molding the whole rotor with an insulator; and of producing a larger magnet torque.SOLUTION: The rotor includes a plurality of coil units 12 each of which has an iron core 13, a field coil 14 wound around the iron core 13, and an insulating seal body for sealing them. A rotor core 11 comprise a plurality of unit storage parts 11a for individually storing the coil units 12, respectively, and a plurality of air gaps 23. The unit storage parts 11a are arranged in an attitude of extending in a rotation axis line A direction so as to be arranged in a circumferential direction, and making a longitudinal direction of a lateral cross section be guided along a radial direction. The coil units 12 are housed inside the unit storage parts 11a in the attitude of making the longitudinal direction of the lateral cross section be guided along the radial direction. Permanent magnets 22 and the air gaps 23 are arranged in a plurality of inter-unit areas α, respectively. The air gaps 23 are located on inner sides in the radial direction of the permanent magnets 22, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
