PURPOSE: To enhance reliability of rotor by interposing a stop part between stator core and permanent magnet thereby securing the permanent magnet rigidly.

CONSTITUTION: A core is provided with a stop part on the outer periphery thereof. Since the core is laminated while being skewed, the stop part 4 is also skewed. A permanent magnet 3 is formed on the outer periphery of the rotor core 1 through overheat compression molding of magnetic powder. Consequently, the permanent magnet 3 is brought, on the inner periphery thereof, into tight contact with the stop part 4 of the core thus realizing the stop part 4 having no gap or play. Furthermore, since no adhesive is employed, all apprehensions regarding deterioration of bonding power due to deterioration of adhesive are removed.
