Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the torsional stiffness of a rotor shaft formed by CFRP.SOLUTION: A rotor shaft 50 can be installed with a gear wheel 500 on its outer periphery. The rotor shaft 50 has a hollow portion, is made by resin including carbon fibers, and has a large outer-diameter of an installing portion 230b on which the gear wheel 500 is installed. In the rotor shaft 50, the carbon fibers are formed as fabric fibers in which a plurality of fiber bundles intersect each other. An angle between a direction of the carbon fibers and a direction of the rotor shaft 50 is 45 degrees.
