Title:
ROTOR SHIFT TYPE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04229046
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perpetualy fix an iron-ring at a low cost to a rotor by forming, to the iron-ring, external sloping surface which may be matched with a conic hole of rotor coil. CONSTITUTION: A brake carrier casing 7 having three mount ribs 8 for an iron-ring 10 is attached to the larger conic side of a rotor. The iron-ring 10 is provided with an external side surface formed in matching with conic change of the rotor 6. The iron-ring 10 is fixed in the axial direction by a cam 7 formed by the casting process to the brake carrier casing 7. An elastic bias of the iron-ring is sufficient for fixing the iron-ring on the mount rib 8 of the brake carrier casing. Since deformation of the iron-ring is in such a degree as not limiting the magnetic effect by diameter difference and resultant interval difference for the rotor coil, the iron-ring can be perpetually fixed at a low cost to the rotor.
