Title:
ROTOR STRUCTURE, AND METHOD OF BONDING MAGNET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010187499
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method of bonding a magnet which makes a ring magnet highly concentric with a rotor bonded thereto in a motor using the ring magnet as the rotor magnet.

When the ring magnet 2 is glued/fixed to the outer circumference of the rotor 1 using an adhesive, the rotor 1 is rotated at a proper speed with the adhesive interposed between the rotor 1 and the ring magnet 2. As a result, the ring magnet 2 is subjected to a centrifugal force C acting not in one direction but in all directions to form a gap 3 evenly. Consequently, the ring magnet 2 is bonded/fixed to the rotor 1 across a distance that is uniform over the entire circumference.
