Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure of a vane type internal combustion engine which enables processing and assembly at low costs.SOLUTION: A rotor structure K of a vane type internal combustion engine includes: vanes 20 which may slidably contact with an inner peripheral surface 3 of a housing 2; and a rotor 10 having vane grooves 12, each of which slidably houses the vane 20. The rotor 10 is divided into three parts, i.e., a center rotor 10A and a pair of side rotors 10B, 10C disposed at both sides of the center rotor 10A. The center rotor 10A and the side rotors 10B, 10C are integrally formed by inserting five rotor set pins 17 into rotor set pin holes 14 respectively. A thin insert 24 into which the vane 20 is inserted is fitted in the vane groove 12. A cutout part 24a is formed at the insert 24, and a bottom part 22 of the inserted vane 20 is disposed so as to be pressed to an outer peripheral surface of an elastic ring 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
