Abstract:

To provide a pump motor assembly capable of directly controlling the speed of a motor regardless of pressure applied to the pump.

A motor-integrated pump is provided with a stator 202 with an n pieces of teeth; a cylindrical magnet 204 coaxially disposed inside the stator 202 with magnetic poles radially formed; a pump head 206; a driving shaft 216 extending from the cylindrical magnet 204 to the pump head 206; and an integrally formed plastic member 208 specifying a cylindrical surface between the stator 202 and the cylindrical magnet 204. The cylindrical surface specifies a cylindrical well 224 wherein the magnet 204 is rotated. The well 224 is communicated with the pump head 206, and the integrally formed plastic member 208 further defines an end member for sealing a cylindrical wall part at an axial end on the side away from the pump head 206.
