Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the reliability of a coupling part by dividing and forming a heat transfer member to be attached to the inside of a helium-liquid storing part, thereby decreasing the absolute amount of the difference in shrinking amount, caused by the difference of the thermal expansion coefficients of the heat transfer part and a coil-attaching part and decreasing the thermal stress developed in the coupling part. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer disc 100 having a hollow hole 100a is divided into a plurality of pieces along the radial direction and attached to the circumferential wall of the hollow part of a coil-attaching part 2 of a helium-liquid storing part 16 at a right angle with the axial direction. Thus, thermal stresses generated at a coupling part of the heat transfer disc 100 and the coil-attaching part 2 can be decreased. Therefore, the reliability of the coupling part is enhanced.
