Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the productivity and mechanical strength of a synchronous motor comprising a plurality of permanent magnets and a plurality of laminated core members alternately arranged in the circumferential direction around a rotating shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 10 is equipped with six permanent magnets 14 arranged at almost equal spaces around a rotating shaft 12 and with six laminated core members 16 arranged between respective permanent magnets 14 and respectively forming magnetic poles. The laminated core members 16 are formed when many thin-plate core pieces 26 and integal type thin-plate cores composed of magnetic materials are laminated and bonded mutually. An integral-type thin-plate core is equipped with six thin-plate core piece parts each of the same shape as that of a thin-plate core piece 26 and with connecting parts 46 for mutually connecting adjacent thin-plate core piece parts. When many thin-plate core pieces 26 and integral-type thin-plate cores are integrally bonded by a caulking operation, respective laminated core members 16 are mutually connected in a relative configuration upon completion of assembly having the installation space for the permanent magnets 14 between adjacent laminated core members 16 so that an integral-type laminated rotor core 48 is formed accordingly.
