Besides heating by heat transfer from the adsorbent layer located in the regeneration region 4 and heating from heat transfer from high temperature air HA for regeneration passing through the adsorbent layer, an auxiliary heating means f is installed to selectively heat the aggregate 25 located in the regeneration region 4 in accordance with the rotation of the adsorption rotor 1.
