Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a motor, to enhance the power of the motor and to improve the performance of the motor by arranging a plurality of permanent magnet pieces radially magnetized radially around a rotational shaft, and molding them with synthetic resin as a cylindrical rotor. CONSTITUTION:A number of anisotropic permanent magnet pieces 2 are radially arranged around a rotational shaft 1. Each piece 2 is provided radially with a magnetization susceptible axis, and is radially magnetized. These pieces 2 and the shaft 1 are integrally molded cylindrically with synthetic resin 5, thereby manufacturing a rotor with a permanent magnet forming a disc 6. In this manner, high performance magnet can be used, and can be rigidly coupled with synthetic resin, and a motor of small size and high performance can accordingly be manufactured.
