Abstract:
To reduce the manufacturing cost of a resin pulley.
A radial roller bearing 3 and a pulley main body 2 are integrated under an insert molding method. Consequently, the manufacturing cost of the pulley 1 is reduced since it is not necessary to arrange a metal made insert fitting between the resin made pulley main body and the radial roller bearing 3. Additionally, a heat radiation effect is improved by increasing connecting strength of the both 2, 3 by increasing a connecting area of the radial roller bearing 3 and the pulley main body 2 and increasing a surface area of the radial roller bearing 3 by making dimensions of an outer ring 3a in the axial direction larger than dimensions of an inner ring in the axial direction.
