Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of crack and make a traveling wheel 1 light in weight by forming a plane rib in which an arm structure continuously extends in the circumferential direction, bending to the inside and outside in an axle direction in a rotor in which a boss inserting and passing into/through an axle and a rim having a tread are connected by the arm structure.
SOLUTION: A traveling wheel 1 forms a gear 4 along a tread 3 of a rim 2 and inserts/passes an axle into/through a boss 5 by interposing a bearing 6. This boss 5 and the rim 2 are integrated by an arm structure constituted of a plane rib 7 which continously extends in the circumferential direction, bending to the inside and outside of an axle direction. This plane rib 7 is constituted of main ribs 8 of the circumferential direction which are arranged intermittently in the circumferential direction and alternately to the inside and outside in the axle direction and a connection rib 9 connecting adjacent main ribs 8, 8 each other by performing oblique motions for the ribs 8, 8 in the axle direction. In the arm structure constituted of the plane rib 7 bent in this way, withstand load is improved by suppressing torsion of the traveling wheel 1 and the traveling wheel 1 can be made light in weight.
