Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain stabilized hoed-up cut faces in such a way that plate surfaces made of copper, aluminum or another are used for making asperity for using as solar heat absorbing faces, and they are processed under specific cutting condition.
CONSTITUTION: As limit condition of cutting without cutting off fins, d/P.sinθ≤5 is used. In other words, the relation of interval P, cut depth d and cut angle θ is provided under the condition as shown in the aborementioned formula, and it facilitates to obtain asperity which the edges have acute angles erected fins at small intervals.
