PURPOSE: To eliminate such an unhygienic defect that lemon juice sticks on fingers, by providing a squeezing plate between a lemon holder and a juice receiver.

CONSTITUTION: A lemon holder 1 is flexible and a squeezing plate 2 has holes. The lemon holder 1 is removable from a juice receiver 3, and round slices of lemon are placed between the lemon holder 1 and squeezing plate 2. When the lemon holder 1 is pressed by fingers to squeeze the lemon, lemon juice flows down into the juice receiver 3 and discharges from an outlet 4. Thus, round sliced lemon can be squeezed hygienically and conveniently.
