Abstract:
A path evaluation device (5) for evaluating the path of travel of a traveler who passes through a plurality of areas on a map, said path evaluation device (5) being provided with: a storage unit (21) which stores location information about a plurality of elements on a map that are defined to intersect the path of travel at positions corresponding to the entrance and exit of each of the plurality of areas; an information acquisition unit (202) which acquires location information about the traveler and time information associated with this location information; and a passage determination unit (208) which determines whether or not the traveler has passed through each of the plurality of areas, on the basis of the location information acquired by the information acquisition unit (202) and the location information about the plurality of elements as stored in the storage unit (21).
