Abstract:
To provide a route map display system that allows general-purpose route map display.SOLUTION: A route map display system comprises: a code storage part 125 to store a link code for identifying a link mutually linking nodes each representing a station or bus stop, a route code for identifying a route formed by a combination of multiple links, and an area code for identifying an area where routes are present; a route map storage part 126 to store, in association with the route codes and the area code, a route map that can be drawn, for each of multiple routes present in each area, by multiple links included in the route with lines or bands having sizes determined based on their geographic positions, distances and densities of stations per display area; and a control part 121 configured to, upon input of the area code or route code, read out an associated route map to display it on a display device 102, and to control display modes of links included in the displayed route map in a manner to allow individual changes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
