Further, the control part applies a weight to the cost by road factor, which is obtained from preliminarily stored link data or node data, on the basis of a cost coefficient by road factor determined based on the operation parameter at the time of calculation of a route using a known Dijkstra method to calculate the road cost (evaluation value) up to each node to reduce the route cost (total evaluation value) in the route adapted to the operation state of the vehicle. The connection of the smallest link of the route cost is set as a distination route proper to a driver.
