Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly shorten the depth of cutting edge and hardly change the outer diameter even after several times of grindings by grinding inner cutting edge of a router.
SOLUTION: In a router grinder comprising a spindle unit 1, a grinding wheel unit 20, a detecting unit, a control unit for controlling lead forwarding and indexing based on detected value detected by the detecting unit, the spindle unit 1 can manually or automatically adjust the angle thereof as needed relative to a grinding wheel 5 of the grinding wheel unit 20 so as to perform the lead forwarding and indexing with torsion angle, effective cutting edge length of formed cutting edge and the number of cutting edge in a cutting edge part of the router 2 detected by the detecting unit, and an indexing device for performing manual or automatic indexing relative to the number of cutting edge is provided.
