To provide a method for optimally recovering a broken routing path, while maintaining an existing tree routing topology, in the case of a failure of a node or a link configuring a tree routing wireless network.
A recovery method of a routing path in a wireless network of a tree topology comprises the steps of: broadcasting a route repair request packet for requiring the recovery of a routing path by a second node; transmitting a route repair reply packet to the second node in order that at least one node that received the route repair request packet function as a relay node for recovering the route; selecting any one as the relay node from at least one node to which the route repair reply packet is transmitted by the second node, and then transmitting a route repair confirm packet for informing the above to the selected relay node; and establishing the routing path between the second node and the first node by transmitting a route repair inform packet to the first node with the relay node.
