Abstract:
To solve a problem that stably combusting RPF fuel made from plastic waste as a raw material, wood chips, bamboo chips, and the like for a long time in a small combustion furnace such as a biomass boiler and a small heater has been difficult to be achieved due to generation of black smoke and melting and solidification of combustion residue ash.SOLUTION: RPF fuel is combusted by blowing primary combustion air thereto and combustion flame and unburned fine powder or the like are blown away toward the inner part of a combustion chamber. Heated secondary combustion air is blown to the unburned fine powder or the like from above to achieve complete combustion. Thereby, stable combustion can be carried out for a long period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
