To provide a function complement type rubber bearing device capable of increasing a rotational function without lowering vertical rigidity in a horizontal force dispersion bearing device and being compacted at a low cost.
A through-hole 19 is formed in the approximately central part of a plane of a first bearing body 6, and a shear key 20 engaged with a sole plate 15 put on the lower part of a bridge girder 13 at a predetermined interval X and an abutting plate 5 is inserted inside of an internal wall surface 19a in the longitudinal direction of the through-hole 19. Since the shear key 20 is not confined to one, a plurality of shear keys can be also used, and in this case, it is favorable that the through-hole 19 can be equally placed in the plane of the first rubber bearing body 6.
