This rubber boot is provided with a bottom part laying the regular sole 3 communicating the shallow groove 8 with the deep groove 7 via the insole 4 and the narrow air passage 9 by punching a proper number of water passing/air vent holes 6 on the insole 4 made of a material without water and air permeability.
