Abstract:
To provide with the feel of nature, abrasion resistance, soft touch, air permeability, and water permeability.
A surface layer 2 is formed by binding mixture which consists of small stones 4 and rubber chips 5 with binder, an internal layer 3 is formed by binding rubber chip 6 singles with the binder, and then the surface layer 2 and the internal layer 3 are integratedly molded. The internal layer 3 has rubber elasticity by the rubber chips 5 and voids. The voids in both layers are communicated from an inner surface of the surface layer to an inner surface of the internal layer to give air permeability and water permeability. A back layer having a structure same as the surface layer can be formed further under the internal layer.
