Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for an actuator and a vulcanized rubber for an actuator, excellent in workability and capable of producing an actuator excellent in an abrasion resistance to a sleeve, and an actuator excellent in an abrasion resistance to a sleeve.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for an actuator includes: a rubber component containing 60 mass% or more and less than 100 mass% diene rubber having a glass transition temperature of -85°C or lower; carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 75 to 180 m/g and DBP oil absorption of 100 to 140 cm/100 g; a vulcanization accelerator; and sulfur. A content of the carbon black is 30 to 80 pts.mass based on the rubber component 100 pts.mass. A total amount of the vulcanization accelerator and the sulfur is 1.5 pts.mass or more based on the rubber component 100 pts.mass. As a vulcanized rubber characteristic thereof, a tensile elastic modulus is 4.5 MPa or more when elongated at 25°C by 200%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
