Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for base-isolation structures that can improve the adhesion of a rubber layer included in a base-isolation structure, and a base-isolation structure in which a rubber layer obtained by vulcanizing and molding the rubber composition for base-isolation structures and a hard layer composed of a steel sheet are alternately laminated.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for base-isolation structures contains, relative to a rubber component 100 pts.mass, insoluble sulfur of 0.5-3 pts.mass and a resin component of 4 pts.mass or less. The resin component is preferably an aromatic hydrocarbon resin, or more preferably, a coumarone-indene resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
