Abstract:
To provide a direct-driving unit having high sealability and a long service life even if used under a condition easy to intrude contaminants such as sawdusts.
This direct-acting unit is a linear guide unit comprising a slider 2, a guide rail 1 facing via a gap on the slider 2, a plurality of rolling bodies rollably arranged between the slider 2 and the guide rail 1 and functioning to relatively move the slider 2 and the guide rail 1, and a contact sealing device 12 for sealing the opening of the gap; wherein the contact sealing device 12 is constructed of a rubber material composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and 10-60 pts.wt. of a polyolefin- based resin and a mandrel.
