Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for an inner tube of a hose capable of achieving excellent inner-tube detachability and productivity even when containing no or a small amount of cobalt compound.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for an inner tube of a hose contains as essential components A) 20 pts.mass or less of butadiene rubber, B) 80 pts.mass or more of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, C) 60 pts.mass or more of carbon black, D) 1.0-3.0 pts.mass of a vulcanization accelerator other than thiazole-based one, and E) 0.1-2.0 pts.mass of a vulcanization retarder based on 100 pts.mass of rubber components, and as optional components a cobalt compound. The content of the cobalt compound is 0.1 mass% or less based on the whole rubber composition for an inner tube of a hose in terms of cobalt, and a thiazole-based vulcanization accelerator is not contained in the cobalt compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
