Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition that is suitable for producing an elastic railroad-crossing road structure having good vehicle travelling properties.
The rubber composition for the railroad-crossing road structure according to this invention comprises a rubber (preferably a mixture of natural rubber and SBR), particles of pumice stone, powder emery, polyamide resin particles, having a Mohs hardness of 5 or more or the durometer hardness (type D ) of 50 or more, and a mean particle diameter of 500 μm or less and the proportion of the particles is 1 to 70 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the rubber.
