To obtain an ethylenic copolymerized rubber composition, excellent in covulcanization of the ethylenic copolymer rubber and a conjugated dienic rubber, while maintaining mechanical characteristics and dynamic fatigue characteristics, which are substantial characteristics original to the conjugated dienic rubber vulcanizate and usable for production of a tire side wall excellent in weather resistance and ozone resistance.
This ethylenic copolymerized rubber composition for a tire side wall comprises (A) a brominated ethylenic copolymerized rubber obtained by brominating a copolymerized rubber composed of ethylene, α-olefin, and a nonconjugated polyene, and having 0.2-5 wt.% bromine content and (B) a conjugated dienic rubber in a weight ratio (the brominated ethylenic copolymerized rubber A/ the dienic rubber B) of 50/50-10/90.
