Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for tires and a tire which are capable of improving overall performance of wear resistance and wet grip performance under a low-temperature environment.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the rubber composition for tires which contains a rubber component containing butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, silica, and a resin. The content of the butadiene rubber is 30 mass% or more in 100 mass% of the rubber component, the content of the styrene-butadiene rubber is equal to or higher than the content of the butadiene rubber, and the styrene-butadiene rubber has a styrene content of more than 35 mass%. (The content of the silica)/(the styrene content of the styrene-butadiene rubber)>2 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: None
