Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in low hysteresis loss property and fatigue resistance, a vulcanizate and a manufacturing method of the rubber composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition containing a rubbery polymer containing at least a modified conjugated diene polymer by modifying a conjugated diene polymer and a silica-based filler, a value P/T, by dividing a ratio P (D/D) between an approximate index (D) of average distance between aggregates of silica particles in a drawing direction calculated by a time sharing X ray small angle scattering measurement method and an approximate index (D) of the average distance between aggregates of silica particles in a vertical direction to the drawing direction by mass fraction T of the modified conjugated diene polymer to whole rubbery polymer is 2.5 to 3.3 when the rubber composition is vulcanization molded to be a vulcanization rubber sheet, the vulcanization rubber sheet is stretched at 200% and sine strain is added under a condition of ±100% and frequency of 10 sec.SELECTED DRAWING: None
