PURPOSE: To provide a rubber crawler and its core metal preventing dislocation of a wheel, relating to improvement of running performance of the rubber crawler used in a crawler vehicle for cultivation and construction.

CONSTITUTION: In a rubber crawler comprising an endless shaped rubber elastic unit, core metal (a) arranged with a fixed space apart in a peripheral direction of the rubber elastic unit and a steel cord arranged by externally surrounding a blade part 12, the rubber roller is constituted by using in an edge part in the lengthwise direction of the blade part 12 the core metal of forming an assist material continued to this blade part and by separating the blade part 12 from the assist material 42. In the rubber crawler, since the assist material is interposed between the core metals, transverse rigidity is increased to markedly decrease generating dislocation of a wheel.
