PURPOSE: To simplify connecting and assembling operations in a rubber crawler unit by projecting a hook from a core bar disposed in the connecting end of the unit and providing in the hook a hole through which a connecting pin can be extended widthwise of the rubber crawler.

CONSTITUTION: A elastic rubber body 1 forming a rubber crawler unit is provided on the ground contacting surface side with lugs 2 and on the opposite side, i.e., on the inner peripheral surface when the crawler is used for an endless band with a pair of projections 4 formed into core bars 3 embedded in the elastic rubber body 1. Also, a tensile body 5 is embedded in the ground contacting surface side of the core bar 3. Then, hooks 6 provided integrally with the core bar 3 is adapted to project from the connecting ends of the rubber crawler unit. The respective hooks 6 fits each other by butting the unit itself end to end to compose the endless rubber crawler by insetting a connecting pin into holes 7 in the hooks 6.
