Abstract:

To provide a rubber extruder 22 capable of suppressing growth of a bank B and supplying stably rubber G.SOLUTION: The rubber extruder 22 includes a hopper 28 into which a band-shaped rubber G is charged, a screw 30 that feeds the rubber G forward, a cylinder 32 that houses the screw 30 inside, and an interface that is located between the hopper 28 and the cylinder 32. The cylinder 32 includes an opening 38 that communicates outside and inside. The interface 34 includes a connecting port 48 that connects the hopper 28 and the opening 38, and a plate-shaped main body 50. The connecting port 48 overlaps a front portion of the opening 38, and the main body 50 closes a rear portion of the opening 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
