Abstract:
To provide a rubber gasket of excellent cut-off performance and the joint structure of submerged caissons using the rubber gasket.
The rubber gasket 10 formed by connecting a base part 12 and a cut-off part 20 of approximately plate shape into approximately V-shaped cross section with a connecting part 28 held between, is clamped between the facing joint faces 30a, 31a of a pair of submerged caissons by compressing to fold the base part 12 and the cut-off part 20 with the connecting part 28 facing the internal space side of the submerged caissons.
