Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber hose and a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically, a rubber hose easily curved in a specific direction and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A rubber hose 1 has plural reinforcement layers 4 that are buried between an inner surface rubber layer 2 and an outer surface rubber layer 3 through an interlayer rubber layer 5. In a rubber hose 1, rigidity change parts 6 are formed, which extend in a hose longitudinal direction at positions opposite to at least one layer of interlayer rubber layer 5 in a transverse surface view, and whose rigidity is different from that of rubber constituting the interlayer rubber layer 5.
