Abstract:
To efficiently and accurately extract the combination of mixture of raw materials achieving a target value of a feature quantity characterizing a vulcanized rubber composition, even from among an extremely large number of raw materials.SOLUTION: A rubber material design method includes: taking the feature quantity of a vulcanized rubber composition as an objective function and the combination of mixture of raw materials as a design variable by using a prediction module of a machine-learned computer, and performing optimization to extract the combination of mixture achieving a set target value of the objective function; and when performing the optimization, imposing a constraint condition, creating the combination of mixture of the raw materials to be the design variable, and inputting the combination to the prediction module. The constraint condition is to include at least one or more candidates for the combination of mixture with set raw materials as a pair. The candidates for the combination of mixture are a pair of raw materials in which the combination of mixture is created with the amount of blending of the raw materials in input data for learning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
