Abstract:
To provide a releasability evaluation method for rubber capable of simply and efficiently grasping a change with time in releasability when repeatedly releasing rubber from a mold for vulcanization by repeating a pulling step for more surely releasing rubber from an object surface; and to provide an evaluating jig.SOLUTION: In a releasability evaluation method for rubber, a great number of test pieces 11 are formed by repeating a series of processes from a step for heating an unvulcanized rubber 11A sandwiched between a flat object surface 10a disposed on one opening side 9b of a tube 9 and a pressurizing member 8 inserted from the other opening side 9a in the state of being pressed on a predetermined area of the object surface 10a, and forming a small test piece 11 in contact with jigs 8 and 9 for evaluation more strongly than the object surface 10a to a pulling step for releasing the test piece 11 from the predetermined area by, at one time, giving a tensile force in a vertical direction with respect to the whole contact surface with the object surface 10a of the test piece 11. The surface state of the predetermined area after the step for pulling each test piece 11 is grasped by surface grasping means 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
