PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the poor fixing strength due to the reversion of a core metal and the spreading of the core metal due to the molding pressure of molding material at molding from occurring and the core metal from floating at molding
SOLUTION: A core metal 6 is equipped with a tubular part 7, an inward flange part provided at one end of the tubular part 7, an outward flange part provided at the other end of the tubular part 7. Further, a groove part 10, the minimum diameter at the bottom of which is set to be smaller than the maximum diameter of the outward flange part of the bore metal 6 and, at the same time, larger than the outer diameter of the tubular part, is provided at the outer periphery of the rubber part 5 of a fixing ring part 3 and at the region corresponding between the inward flange part and the outward flange part of the core metal 6.
