The rubber packaging film includes an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having a monomer unit based on ethylene and a monomer unit based on 3-20C α-olefin, has a density of 860-970 kg/m³, a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.01-100 g/10 min., a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 4.5-13, the molecular weight distribution being the ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight, an activation energy by flow (Ea) of 40-100 kJ/mol, a long chain branch amount of 0.29-0.50 piece per 1,000 carbon atoms, and g* defined by the following equation (I): 0.76-0.88. g*=[η]/([η]_GPC×g_SCB*).
