Abstract:
To obtain a rubber-plastic composite foam.SOLUTION: A rubber-plastic composite foam is obtained by mixing and foaming a plurality of components. The components include a rubber of 100 pts.wt., hollow glass fine balls of 5-70 pts.wt., a carbon black of 1-50 pts.wt., a softening oil of 5-50 pts.wt., a sulfur factice of 1-50 pts.wt., an antioxidant of 0.5-10 pts.wt., a crosslinking agent of 0.5-15 pts.wt. and a foaming agent of 2-12 pts.wt.. The rubber-plastic composite foam exhibits excellent compressive resistance and heat retaining properties by adding the hollow glass fine balls to the components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
