Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a resin compsn. suitable for production of a structure to be brought into contact with a formed urethane heat-insulating material produced using HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b as the foaming agent, by using a diene rubber polymer, an acrylic ester rubber polymer, and a glassy copolymer according to a specific constitution.
CONSTITUTION: This rubber-reinforced styrene resin compsn. comprises a diene rubber polymer A, an acrylic ester rubber polymer B and a glassy copolymer C, and has the following constitution. (1) 100 pts.wt. polymer A is chemically bonded to 50-110 pts.wt. copolymer C; (2) 100 pts.wt. polymer A contains at least 50 pts.wt. copolymer D of an arom. vinyl monomer with a diene monomer; and (3) the copolymer C is prepd. by copolymn. of a vinyl cyanide monomer with an arom. vinyl monomer and/or an alkyl unsatd. carboxylate, provided that the amt. of the vinyl cyanide monomer is 25 to 50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. copolymer C.
