Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the titled cylindrical rubber roll for continuous hog stamping with a rubber layer consisting of an internal hard layer and an external soft layer by improving insufficient engagement causd by a lack of transfer pressure attributable to the uneven thickness of a transfer foil or the irregular surface of a member to be transferred.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber foll desired is composed of an internal hard layer 1 consisting of most suitably, silicon rubber as a rubber layer and an external soft layer 2 of prefrably, less than 3mm thickness and at hardness difference of more than 10° from the internal layer 1 by spring-type hardness tester.
