This rubber seal device comprises a reinforcing member, and a rubber composition bonded thereto. The rubber composition contains 2-20 pts.wt. of reactive silicone oil as wear improver to 100 pts.wt. of fluorine rubber selected from tetrafluoroethylene-propylene binary copolymer and vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene-propylene tertiary copolymer.
