Abstract:
To provide a rubber seal manufacturing method in which a rubber seal having improved stability in thickness and shape can be manufactured, and a screen printing apparatus for forming the rubber seal.SOLUTION: A screen printing apparatus 80 includes a screen 84, a squeegee 86, and a movement mechanism 100, and is configured to arrange the screen 84 above a workpiece W, and apply a liquid material for forming a rubber seal to a top 64 of a bead base 60 through an opening 90. In a manufacturing method of a rubber seal 70, in an application process, the squeegee 86 is moved in a surface direction in a state where a plate portion 98 is elastically deformed so as to be a convex shape pressing a rubber portion 96 against the screen 84 and bent toward the screen 84.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
