Abstract:

To suitably improve a powder characteristic of a grafted rubber powder by adding a hydrophilic silica powder having a definite characteristic to a grafted rubber powder and to provide a rubber-silica mixed powder which satisfies fully the present situation of recent years where enhanced product performance is highly demanded.

The rubber-silica mixed powder comprises 100 pts.mass of a grafted rubber powder and 0.001-3.0 pts.mass of a hydrophilic silica powder. The hydrophilic silica powder has an average particle diameter of the primary particle of 20-80 nm and a specific surface area of 20-below 150 m2/g. A manufacturing method therefor is also provided.
