Title:
RUBBER-STEEL CORD COMPOSITE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011179147
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a rubber-steel cord composite suppressing bloom found when compounding resorcin or an RF resin (resorcinol-formaldehyde resin) as much as possible while maintaining processability of a rubber composition and highly making adhesiveness after short-time vulcanization compatible with wet heat adhesiveness.

The rubber-steel cord composite is a composite including a rubber composition and a steel cord. In the rubber-steel cord composite, the rubber composition contains (A) a rubber component and (B) a specific thiazole compound. The steel cord is a single wire of a steel wire or a twisted cord obtained by twisting a plurality of the steel wires together. The steel wire has a brass plating layer on the peripheral surface thereof, and the content of phosphorus contained as an oxide in a steel wire surface layer region from the surface of the brass plating layer to the depth of 5 nm on the inside in the steel wire radial direction is ≤1.5 atm%. Furthermore, a tire has the rubber-steel cord composite.
